Pilates Properly is a weekly MAT series led by Shanté at Sweet 45, Phillys dessert bar and hi fi listening lounge. It’s a small group session, intentionally capped at 6 ppl, dedicated to the core principles of the Pilates Method. This class emphasizes core engagement, breath alignment, and movement patterns of essential traditional MAT Pilates exercises.
Ideal for beginners or anyone looking to refine their technique in a slower, more instructional setting.
